No More Pro-Life Politicians; How Then Should We Vote?

For most conservative evangelical Christians, the topic of abortion is likely the issue in determining how to vote each political season. Although there are a swath of other social and fiscal issues, the preservation of innocent human life should be at the forefront of every election.

Unfortunately, these days there is little to no one to choose from that is 100% pro-life. Even the so-called pro-life political leaders still make provision for rape, incest, or "danger for the mother". Rape is abominable, but a child conceived in rape does not mean that it is any less a life in the mother's womb than the child who was conceived in healthy wedlock. Incest is also abominable, and dangerous for the health of the child, but the child is still human life. It is nothing more than social-darwinism to say that the aforementioned scenarios are less important and less life just because of unfortunate circumstances in which the incident occured.

I have no idea how I will vote this November. But it is getting more and more difficult to even choose the lesser of the two evils these days.
